Ds3h Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ds3h platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the ds3h platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the ds3h platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ds3h platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the freezing of any balances where fraud is evident. All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ds3h will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure. You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
- All account activity is conducted personally and not on behalf of any other individual.
- The platform is not used for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- No automated software or methods are used to access or interact with the platform.
- All deposits are made using legitimate payment methods and in the name of the registered user only.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ds3h platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local online banking, digital wallets such as Touch n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. ds3h reserves the right to add or remove any payment method without prior notice.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times for withdrawals may take between one and five business days, depending on the chosen method and review requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by ds3h are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Bonuses obtained through false information or fraudulent activity will be voided in full. Users may not claim the same bonus more than once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Transaction Disputes
Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported to the ds3h support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, ds3h will not be obligated to investigate or refund any such claims.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law

- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- The account is involved in money laundering or other criminal activities.
- The user employs unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
If an account is suspended for reasons that warrant investigation, the user may submit an appeal to the ds3h support team along with relevant supporting documents. ds3h's decision following the investigation is final.
Changes to These Terms
Ds3h reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
